Arabica Juria
This second-oldest Arabica variety is found only in Colol, a large region within East Manggarai. Internationally, the variety is known as Typica.
To distinguish Juria (Typica) from other coffee varieties, look for the following characteristics: Juria’s leaves are narrower than those of Arabica SL-795.
Thanks to a Japanese actor who lived in Bali for a time, this coffee variety has been showcased and celebrated in Ubud, Bali, and Japan since 2013.
In 2024, this coffee variety was sold in Ruteng, Flores Manggarai, in roasted form, for approximately €63/kg, and in Bali and Jakarta for over €70/kg.
