Thankfully, during the coffee trip within Kenya last year from April to June 2023, Nicolas and Eric were led by God to build direct relationships with 3 precious coffee farmers (or coffee plantation owners). These 3 humble Kenyans are committed to pure cultivation for organic farming without the use of herbicides and pesticides - just like our coffee farmers on the island of Flores.

Our transparency understanding of "from seed to cup" for our Kenyan's incoming customers will expose the best processed beans from these 3 farmers: 2 from Kitale and 1 from Kericho within our declared Kenyan's brand KAFFEE ENKARE. Eric will roast them delicately.

As a pioneering project, we are happy to start roasting with only 2 x 120g batch sample roasters imported from Indonesia: WE x SUJI Mini Roaster 100 - as we are also the official supplier of this brand in Kenya. We hope that in the coming summer of 2024 we will be able to import an Israeli roasting machine called Solar Shop, which is already in use in Döbeln. This will further help the roasting production with its given batch of 2 kg.
