Installation a diode or resistor
In the case of electrical noise, a resistor or diode can be installed in the affected components. A diode is often used, but it must not be too large, otherwise interference may occur. DC Diode: FR307, white = minus, black = plug ; AC Diode: RG009 = AC, ring = minus, rectangle = plus
The diode or electrical resistor is installed directly on the pin of the chip adapter of the WiFi module: Burner D4, Cooling D18, Agitator D21, Lamp D23.
If the digital servo (airflow damper) constantly makes small movements, a diode or electrical resistor can be installed on the red cable.
Detect and replace a broken cable
If a DC be cable is broken or peels off a little, there will noise, namely the machine will suddenly turn off and if there is an AC cable that peels off, the machine body will emit an electric current.
A broken must be replaced immediately. Copper cables have stronger strenght and are safer because they are more resistant to excessive heat and do not corrode easily, while aluminium cables have a greater risk of fire due to excessive heat and loose connections due to high thermal expansion.
