Sensor probe BT & DT

Sensor suhu biji kopi (BT) terletak di bawah sumbu drum pemanggangan, sedangkan sensor suhu drum (DT) terletak di atas sumbu. Kedua sensor tersebut menjulur 5 cm ke dalam drum pemanggangan. Kabel-kabel tersebut kemudian melewati saluran di dalam bodi mesin menuju layar masing-masing di panel kontrol.

Probe sensor BT & DT

The beans temperature probe sensor (BT) is located on the below the axis of the roasting drum and the drum temperature probe sensor (DT) is located on the above the axis. Both probes extend 5 cm into the Roest drum. The cables then run through a channel inside the machine housing to the respective display on the control panel.

Kalibrasi Sensor Probe

Longgarkan sekrup pada braket yang mengamankan kabel ke bagian depan mesin.
Perlebar lubang probe dengan menekan lubang tersebut terbuka menggunakan tang. Hal ini akan memungkinkan Anda untuk memindahkan kabel sensor.
Setelah mencapai suhu PID yang ditetapkan saat memanaskan mesin, kalibrasikan sensor probe sehingga suhu drum (DT) 10 hingga 20 °C lebih tinggi dari suhu biji kopi (BT).
Jika suhu DT terlalu tinggi, tarik kabelnya sedikit dengan hati-hati. Jika suhu DT terlalu rendah, dorong kabelnya sedikit dengan hati-hati. Jika kabel DT tidak dapat didorong lebih jauh, sesuaikan sensor BT dengan menarik kabelnya sedikit.
Setelah Anda selesai mengkalibrasi sensor probe, gunakan tang untuk menutup kembali lubang probe pada mesin sehingga kabel tidak dapat bergerak lagi.
Pasang kembali penahan kabel untuk mengamankan kabel sensor. Kabel tidak boleh ditarik terlalu kencang atau terlipat.

Probe Sensor Calibration

Loosen the screws on the bracket that secures the cable to the front of the machine.
Widen the probe opening by pressing it open with pliers. This will allow you to move the sensor cable.
After reaching the set PID temperature when warming up the machine, calibrate the probe sensors so that the drum temperature (DT) is 10 to 20 °C higher than the temperature of the beans (BT).
If the DT temperature is too high, carefully pull the cable out a little. If the DT is too low, carefully push the cable in a little. If the DT cable cannot be pushed in any further, adjust the BT sensor by pulling the cable out slightly.
Once you have finished calibrating the probe sensors, use pliers to close the probe opening on the machine again so that the cable can no longer move.
Reattach the cable holder to fix the sensor cable. The cable should not be pulled too tight or kinked.

Penggantian Kabel Sensor Probe

Longgarkan sekrup pada braket yang mengamankan kabel ke bagian depan mesin.
Buka penutup sensor di pintu masuk drum pemanggangan dengan menekan penutup tersebut menggunakan tang. Hal ini akan memungkinkan Anda untuk menarik kabel keluar. Lepaskan juga penutup pelindungnya.
Cabut kabel lama dari layar yang bersangkutan (BT atau DT) dan sambungkan ke kabel baru menggunakan selotip.
Kemudian tarik kabel lama dan baru melalui mesin ke lubang yang sesuai (BT di sebelah kiri dan DT di sebelah kanan) di bagian depan mesin.
Masukkan kabel melalui penutup pelindung, lalu masukkan ke dalam lubang sensor, dan ikuti langkah-langkah Kalibrasi Probe Sensor.
Kemudian gunakan tang untuk menekan lubang sensor pada mesin agar tertutup kembali sehingga kabel tidak dapat bergerak lagi.
Pasang kembali penahan kabel untuk mengamankan kabel sensor. Kabel tidak boleh ditarik terlalu kencang atau terlipat.
Anda dapat menarik kabel yang berlebih kembali ke panel kontrol dan menyimpannya di sana.
Selanjutnya, sambungkan kabel sensor baru ke layar yang sesuai (pol positif dan negatif).
Periksa apakah sensor berfungsi dengan baik dan apakah suhu ditampilkan pada layar yang bersangkutan.

Probe Sensor Cable Replacement

Loosen the screws on the bracket that secures the cable to the front of the machine.
Widen the sensor entry cover at the entrance to the roasting drum by pressing it open with pliers. This will allow you to pull out the cable. Remove the protective cover as well.
Disconnect the old cable from the respective display (BT or DT) and connect it to the new cable using adhesive tape.
Then pull the old and new cable through the machine to the regarding opening (BT on left and DT on right side) in the front of the machine.
Pull the cable through the protective cover and then insert it into the sensor opening and follow the steps of the Sensor Probe Calibration.
Then use pliers to press the sensor opening on the machine closed again so that the cable can no longer move.
Reattach the cable holder to fix the sensor cable. The cable should not be pulled too tight or kinked.
You can then pull the excess cable back to control panel and stow it there.
Next, attach the new sensor cable to the respective display (positive and negative poles).
Check whether the sensor is functioning properly and whether the temperature is displayed on the respective display.
