At the moment, he is using the very limited green beans that Nicolas brought from the 2020 and 2021 harvests available from Lodovikus Vadirman as the head of ASNIKOM’s small scale coffee farmers cooperative’s board director.
As the SUJI sample roaster, already imported to Nairobi and still perfectly stored in Abdul's warehouse, could not be redeemed by Abdul there (read about this problem here), Eric is working with Jowam Coffee Roaster in Lavington, Nairobi, to be able to use their 6 kg Giesen machine from the Netherlands to roast these given green beans.
Eric still have another 2 small limited batches from Lodovikus Vadirman and as soon as the available batches here are sold then he will start to roast and market the other 2 batches too.
Eric will always promote excellent royalty coffees (beyond specialty term) as each coffee has different aromas and flavours as the actual results from our beloved production results.
The goal is very soon to offer Kenyan’s bio organic specialty coffees: from Kericho and Kitale as a starting point. Therefore Eric will promote our own Kenya’s coffee brand too - it’s name is KAFFEE ENKARE
We want to Kenyans to celebrate their own best specialty coffees - instead to save the best only for exports and for the westerners. Kenyans first! That is what Jesus has in mind. That’s God’s righteousness!
