Provision of Transmission Lubricants & Bearings
The Provision of Transmission Bearings is for older machine versions. Carry out this maintenance once (1) a month.
Roasting drum axial
You will need some heat-resistant grease and a grease gun.
Machine capacity 3 kg and less
Remove the metal cap from the drum axle at the front of the machine. Then apply the grease as shown in the following pictures. After this, remove the housing cover and unscrew the screw on the drum axle. Start the machine so that the drum is running slowly and apply the grease into the opening using a grease gun.
Machine capacity 5 kg and above
Remove the screw on the metal cap at the front of the drum axle. Then start the machine so that the drum rotates slowly and apply the grease to the opening using a grease gun. At the rear, open the access to the drum axle and proceed in the same way as at the front.
Engine Chain
Start the machine so that the drum rotates slowly and the chain runs slowly. Then apply the lubricating grease to the inside of the chain until it is completely lubricated.
